People who choose to drive an Isuzu pick-up want to do just that – drive.

And having chosen a professional vehicle, they expect the aftersales service their vehicle receives to allow them to stay on the move to be equally professional, which is where our Isuzu Advanced Aftersales Apprenticeship Programme comes in – and possibly where you do too.

In the Programme, we train you to become a highly skilled and valued member of our team.

You’ll acquire knowledge that keeps you on top of the constantly changing demands of the aftersales market – new models, new methods, new tools, new components.

You can choose to become a Service Technician and get hands-on with all aspects of the maintenance and repair of Isuzu pick-ups or you can opt for the Parts Advisor course that combines IT skills, technical knowledge, and generic people and specific customer service skills.

Both give you the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications that include:

• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3
• Key and Core Skills certification
• IMI technical certification

Depending on your choice, your apprenticeship lasts two or three years.

You’ll be paid as a full-time Isuzu employee during this period and will be based at an Isuzu dealership.

The courses aren’t easy, and only a few applicants get taken on, but if you’re interested in working in the customer service side of a fast-moving and growing industry, you’re not afraid of hard work and you have the ambition to excel, the rewards go far beyond an amount of money on a payslip.
