Information centre

An apprenticeship is fast becoming the career path of choice for many people. They are a fantastic opportunity to earn and learn without racking up thousands of pounds of debt.

The Isuzu Apprenticeship delivers a structured, well-supported training programme with the right tools, learning and experience to achieve success.

Ongoing support

We provide support at every step of the way from a dedicated mentor in the workplace, to Vocational Learning Advisor visits, to fully qualified trainers are our learning centres.

When our apprentices come to the learning centre for block release training, they have welfare support and are provided with evening activities. We understand that for many this might be their first experience away from home so we aim to make this a fun experience in a safe environment.

All of our apprentices take part in a structured learning programme which will give them the skills and tools that they need to complete their job role successfully.

At the beginning of their course, they are provided with a Skills Matrix which outlines their learning and give their managers, mentors, trainers and Vocational Learning Advisors a pathway to monitor and assess their progress.

Throughout the learning journey, they will be assessed and they will be working towards nationally recognised qualifications as well as brand specific certifications. Each apprentice pathway is different and you can find out more about the qualifications available here.

Earn while you learn

All our apprentices are paid as a minimum at the national minimum wage standard. Any increase on this is at the discretion of our Isuzu retailers. More information about the national minimum wage can be found here:
