Sam Imber: The Professionals of Isuzu

Hi, my name is Sam and I am the Sales Director for a printing company, I am also a volunteer for a 4xx4 response team!

I purchased my Isuzu D-Max Yukon from Culverwells Robertsbridge along with roof rails, running bars and chequered top back. I went with Isuzu because I needed something economical, reliable, good looking and a 4x4.

The Isuzu is a great versatile vehicle, not only is it comfy for 6 hour drives, but also it is fantastic off-road. I mainly use it for work, as an every day car... but it comes in so handy for my work with 4x4 assist!

For example, I was on a call with a member of ExCoastguard, volunteering to attend to help a resident whom was struggling with keeping water away from her property, whom housed her partner with severe illness. We needed to get some pumping gear to the house to get the water out - we drove under a bridge averaging 600mm depth.. all of a sudden the water was up to the windscreen... My Isuzu powered through and pulled out the other side... now, my old pick-up from another brand would have died!

My Isuzu D-Max has accompanied me on many an exciting journey, due to my volunteering role. Something I am particularly proud of is being invited to 10 Downing Street to be thanked by the Prime Minister for helping others in flooding in 2014!
