Our impressive 32-acre site is home to five workshops, including an on-site body shop holding up to 6,000 vehicles.
As a VCA second stage-accredited manufacturer, our Isuzu D-Max fully-trained technicians have the expertise to carry out a wide range of conversion tasks to tailor the Isuzu D-Max range to your individual needs.
Covering the entire conversion process, from telematics and livery to 3rd party fitting services, we provide fully Type Approved vehicles direct to your premises, registered and ready to go.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE YOU CAN TRUST
Supporting all pick-up conversions, the Isuzu UK Fleet Department provides expert consultation on best practice, weight consideration and health and safety legislation.
All conversions start with a thorough technical consultation where we’ll ensure we understand your objectives before sourcing the best available products to meet your requirements. Leveraging our dedicated fleet prototype facility, we’ll create a detailed model build which you can sign off.
Your actual pick-up conversion will also go through a stringent sign off process across all conversion elements, supported by the Isuzu UK Homologation Department and Technical Director.
For your peace of mind, your conversion will have full VCA (Vehicle Certification Agency) for National Small Series Type Approval and N1 enhancements, and all public liabilities and service guarantees are covered by Isuzu UK.

We know that keeping your pick-up on the road is vital to keeping your business running smoothly. Which is why all conversions are covered by Isuzu UK’s 3-year warranty, and why we’ve built a dedicated Isuzu UK & NI Fleet Centre network.
This means should you ever need assistance with your pick-up, you have direct access to over 104 sites, supported by highly experienced Head Office technical staff, all with the knowledge and expertise to keep your fleet working. Keeping your vehicles up and running is pivotal to your fleet.
Our extensive dealer network will complete any repairs or replacement parts required. And, with 95-97% first-time pick parts available at our UK Distribution Centre for immediate despatch, you’ll be back on the road in no time.
