FOGGY SWAPS 2 WHEELS FOR 4

Former motorbike racing legend Carl Fogarty joined the pick-up professionals ‘club’ last year by becoming a proud owner of an award winning Isuzu D-Max XTR.  As the latest addition to the Isuzu D-Max range and off-road winner in the pickup and 4x4 awards last year, the adrenaline-filled petrolhead needed a pick-up that complemented his lifestyle. With the most extreme specification available the XTR certainly ticked the box. 

Offering an impressive substantial kerb appeal with a dramatic front bumper guard, bonnet protector, headlight frames plus many more assertive features, you would think the XTR had it all… but not for Carl who wanted to add even more extreme flare to this pick-up with the optional XTR Style Pack, consisting of Black Mountain Top Roller Cover, Black Sports Bars and Black Roof Bar. 

Collected from the family run Walton Summit Truck Centre near Preston, Lancashire and local to Foggy whilst in the mist of the Covid-19 pandemic, all procedures were in place to ensure a safe handover which here at Isuzu we pride ourselves on. 

Foggy said “I love anything with an engine, and I live for the outdoors, so the XTR suits me down to the ground. It’s got real character and stands out from a crowd, which is great in an age where cars are increasingly looking the same. Can’t wait to take it off-road!”
