Isuzu Terms and Conditions:

UK entrants only. No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available. Competition will run for a duration of 22 days and will start on the Monday 14^th May 2026 until Tuesday June 2^nd 2026. The competition takes place across Instagram, Facebook or X and the 30 runner up prizes will be selected at random from all valid entries in the comments on the posts from followers of required accounts across all channels using random generator software. Entries submitted via Direct Messenger or other formats are not valid and will not be submitted into the draw. Winners names may be included in marketing posts regarding the competition or shared on our platforms if winners choose to share their prize in their own social posts when including Isuzu UK. The winners will be contacted via direct messenger on Monday 8^th June via Facebook, Instagram or X using the channel they used to enter the competition. The competition is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 years or older. All employees of the IM Group brand including franchise owners and their employees, the Promoter (Isuzu UK), contractors including marketing agencies and third party suppliers, and anyone associated with the competition, the promotion or their direct family members. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide the correct delivery information to the prize provider (Element); items will be delivered to one address within mainland UK; prizes will be delivered within 28 days of confirming delivery address with prize provider (Element).

Winner Prize Package Terms and Conditions:

• Prize is for 2 adults aged 18 or over;
• The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties), flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the recipient’s home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the recipient;
• Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double occupancy room in Reykjavik, Iceland;
• Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
• Stay must include a Saturday night;
• Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered;
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the recipient to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the recipients are aged 70 or over;
• The recipients must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
• All recipients will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;
• Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the recipients;
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year or public holidays in the departure or arrival country;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
• The South Coast tour and Northern Lights tour are not wheelchair accessible;
• The Northern Lights tour is available seasonally from August to March, the Northern Lights are a natural phenomena and sighting cannot be guaranteed;
• Minimum age for the geothermal spa experience is 12 years old;
• If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
