Master Builder Of the Year Award Winner Receives New Isuzu D-max

Isuzu UK, headline sponsors of the 2021 Master Builder Awards presents Stonewood Builders Ltd with a brand new Isuzu D-Max V-Cross after winning the Federation of Master Builders’ ‘Master Builder of the Year Award’.

The Master Builder Awards recognise building excellence, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service, and are run by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), the largest trade association in the UK construction sector, which is this year celebrating its 80th anniversary.

Wiltshire-based Stonewood Builders Ltd won a brand new D-Max pick-up truck in recognition of a stunning renovation of a medieval, Grade II listed hall house once owned by a standard bearer of King Henry V.

The company’s project overcame many challenges, channelling expert craftmanship and a deft touch in preserving the property’s historic attributes while upgrading it to modern standards. The builders impressed the judges with the oak-panelled staircase and restored 16th Century fireplace.

George Wallis, Head of Marketing at Isuzu UK, said: “The Stonewood Builders Ltd project won Master Builder of the Year because of the outstanding quality and the amazing craftsmanship skills required to deliver the development with such a sympathetic nature. I am sure that Stonewood will enjoy the Isuzu D-Max and together with the pick-up continue to deliver a very high standard of excellence and professionalism.”
